"I visited the “I BE OWN” shop at KSL City Mall on the evening of 5 July with my daughter for ear cleaning and wax removal. We were both attended by Ms. Yunice Ui, whose gentle touch and attentive care made the entire experience very comfortable. She thoughtfully showed us before-and-after images of our eardrums, which added a reassuring level of transparency to the service. During the visit, Ms. Yunice noticed a small spot on my toenail and kindly asked about it. I explained that it was a minor cut, and she immediately took the initiative to clean the area, apply antiseptic, and dress it with a plaster. Her attentiveness and genuine care went beyond expectations and made us feel truly well looked after. We are very pleased with the service and will definitely return to her for future ear cleaning sessions, as well as to try her manicure and pedicure services."

"I tried the Scalp Defence Treatment, and it was such a relaxing experience! As a hijabi, I really appreciated that they have a private third-floor outlet, which made me feel so comfortable throughout the treatment. The place was super clean, cosy, and had such a calming atmosphere, perfect for a little self-care and me time. It was my first visit, and I'll definitely be coming back for my second treatment! Aisyah, who attended to me, was incredibly friendly, gentle, and attentive. She scanned my scalp before the treatment and showed me the before-and-after photos afterwards. The difference was honestly so noticeable, and it was really satisfying to see the results. I also loved that she didn't make unnecessary conversation, so I could fully relax and enjoy the experience (hehe 🤍). Even though I only booked a scalp treatment, they also included a facial and hand massage, which made the whole session feel extra luxurious.
